I’m a dedicated full time & full service real estate professional, specializing in The Villages Golf & Country Club and other residential real estate across the Silicon Valley.

The Villages Golf & Country Club is a gated adult community, where you can live in safety and serenity in your surroundings and enjoy a large variety of fun activities of your liking. I understand that if you are moving cross country to be closer to family or downsizing from the family home, it can sometimes be a difficult and emotional decision.

I’d like to invite you to come and tour The Villages in our limousine. In an hours time I will personally guide you through all 13 Villages, each with their own unique architecture and open areas including the golf course (9 & 18 hole Championship course), 4 swimming pools/spas, tennis, pickle ball & bocce ball courts, our new state of the art fitness center along with the many lakes and picnic areas. We’ll also visit our beautiful Clubhouse for fine dining, the Bistro and outdoor patio with firepit for casual dining and walk through our lovely ballroom where, when you buy, you will be my guest every year at our “Client Appreciation Dinner”.

Once you’ve experienced the beauty of The Villages, then if you time we can preview some of the properties for sale so you can get an idea of the different styles, floor-plans and varied price ranges. In 2021, we had a full range of sales for Condos and Villas from $600,000 to $1,400,000. When you leave we will provide with you all the material to review and decide if The Villages is where you’d like to retire and enjoy life.
