A California native, born and raised in the Northern Bay Area, I made the move to San Diego in 2000. In 2019, my husband and I purchased an investment home with additional units that provided added income. Not only was I a home owner but a property manager. Since then we have been investing in real estate throughout San Diego and Riverside county. Having been in the medical field, after investing in our 1st property I knew I needed to make the career change and focus on real estate. In 2001, I received my Paralegal Certification from USD School of Law. I enjoyed being a paralegal in the real estate field but I knew I wanted to do more. Two kids later, in 2016 I obtained my real estate license. I wanted to share my personal knowledge of real estate so others could benefit as well. Now here I am, loving what I do and helping others achieve their real estate goals & dreams!
Having 1st hand experience with buying and selling our own personal properties, I have been able to assist multiple families from San Jose to San Diego. My clients range from 1st time home buyers, investment properties seekers, and located forever dream homes. In addition to buying, I also have assisted my seller clients in receiving a great return of investment on the sale of their homes. I have worked with buyers and sellers in all price ranges. Also with my multiple connections, I have been able to assist my clients purchase out of state homes . My goal is to help you create and grow your wealth through real estate.
In today’s world, having a social media presence in real estate is very important. In the past real estate had relied heavily on in-person, face to face contact. Having a strong social media presence has allowed me to engage with buyers, sellers, other agents, brands and followers to market a property or search for one. Being up to date with technology allows me to schedule Zoom appointments with my clients who have hectic work schedules or health concerns. Now in addition to hosting open houses and scheduling face to face showings in one afternoon, I can now work with my clients behind the screen, whether its streaming video walk-throughs for my buyers or working with videographers to create 3D tours for the sale of your property. Being on top of today’s social media, technology, trends and the market is critical when assisting my buyers and sellers.
