I moved to La Jolla in 2012 after being recruited to the San Diego Chargers and have since channeled my competitive drive into real estate lending. Today, I live in La Jolla with my wife, who runs a private therapy practice, and our two french bulldogs, Keith Richards and Bruce Springsteen. As the co-founder of Pacific Rock Capital, I’ve established a hard money and creative financing company that connects capital investors with real estate development professionals in San Diego’s dynamic and evolving market.
