About Billie Bourgeois

As the child of a single mother whose job as a Department Head for the Navy SEALs, Billie Bourgeois is no stranger to discipline and responsibility. With lifetime relationships with these Navy SEALs and their families Billie believes that this influence has heavily developed her leadership skills. Her upbringing has helped to refine her leadership style, which she describes as being “deliberate with execution” – meaning she sets the game plan early and sees it through to the very end. As a Realtor her primary objective is her client’s satisfaction. With over 15 years in the business, Billie knows what it takes to captivate clients with personalized service and is able to preserve those relationships by going above and beyond with every interaction. With over 28 years in the San Diego area, Billie is committed to giving back to the community that she calls home. She doesn’t accomplish this by just selling homes, she also spends much of her time engrained in it. From jogging and hiking to volunteering with her family at local charities, Billie is dedicated to making San Diego one of the best places to live in the world. Billie embodies the mission of helping people find their place in the world and plans to keep making strides forward within her community as a member of Compass.
