About Jermond Macon Fulford

Macon has lived in and served the San Fernando Valley for the last 30 years. Currently, he lives in San Diego and represents buyers and sellers all over Southern California. Macon started his real estate career to help people who are not educated in the home buying process take the first step. After years of working in Finance and personally investing, he decided to help people turn their dream of becoming a homeowner into reality. Today, he dedicates his time to helping his Buyers find a home they love and he works hard to ensure his Sellers walk away from their home with the highest profit margin. His Real Estate Team was awarded the highest possible team award – San Diego Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Top 1%. That said, his clients can expect quality service, exposure to our database of off market properties and a realtor who prioritizes giving them the best buying or selling experience. In addition, his team is one of Zillow's Preferred Real Estate Partners. He attended DeVry University where he attained his B.S. degree in Business (Accounting), and worked in the financial services business holding a Life/Health License and Series 6 and 63. He has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to serve his community. He started an outpatient drug rehab clinic focusing on youth while in college and he continues to volunteer his time working with underserved communities. In all his endeavors, Macon's most prized role in life is being a father to his three children. When it comes to his reputation of being driven, hardworking, and dedicated to others he says, it is because of them. He has a “go-after-it attitude” and team spirit to ensure that every client wins and reaches their goals.
