My story
A few years ago, my family and I decided to start a new journey - move from the hot confines of the Inland Empire to the coast. After looking at several coastal towns in Southern California, we settled on Port Hueneme. Although I was only 15 at the time, I became fascinated with the long-winded process of finding a home and the tedious contracts. We settled in a cheap condo right on the ocean that was bought for a very low price compared to what one would think beachfront property would cost. I quickly learned that anyone can purchase their dream vacation home.
It may seem like a bunch of dreadful tasks for many, but I found joy in shadowing my parents throughout all their homebuying endeavors. And this mindset has translated to many other parts of my life. I tell myself that I must enjoy the monotony in order to fully enjoy the finished product. In this way, I will guide you through the entire journey of the buying and selling process.
My background has held a great influence on who I am. My belief in Christ influences me to be the light in the world, and I translate that to real estate wholeheartedly. I was born in the year 2000, so I am one of the very few in Generation Z that has established themselves in the real estate industry. My upbringing in the digital and social media age has affected my business model that allows me to base it on new age tactics. Furthermore, I am a 2nd generation American, as my father fled from Cuba to the US and established himself here with his family with nothing to their name. His tenacity and hard work shows me that I need to not only work hard, but also efficiently and in an intelligent way.
So don't just choose any dime-a-dozen realtor. Choose me, the only one who is never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down, never gonna run around and desert you.
