Craig is honest, thorough, responsive and very knowledgeable. We had to sell a condo and he got it done without it even being on the market! He handled all the details, inspections, etc. He made it very easy for us (the sellers). If we ever need to use a broker again we would most definitely use Craig.

Craig did an amazing job getting us top dollar for our home. He managed a bidding war effectively and we were amazed at the closing price. Then he turned around and helped us get an offer accepted on a new home in a very tight housing market in the middle of our desired area. His negotiation skills and attention to detail were impressive. I would encourage anyone to meet Craig to see if he is a good fit. He certainly was for us!

Then, when we found the home we wanted, Craig shifted into high speed mode to help us with negotiations, inspections, scheduling a multitude of contractors and endless follow up to make sure all our questions were answered and we were sure every detail of our purchase was just right.

I would highly recommend Craig. He helped us buy our first home, despite the challenges faced by COVID-19. He is knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. He responded promptly to all our texts/phone calls/emails. Great realtor!
