My house foundation cracked and was unstable. I stood to lose everything. Zillow would not touch me. They said foundation issues are too risky and my house was on a hill so the likelihood was that in addition I might need retaining walls. Robert Lopez heard about my situation and stepped in. He told me he could get me a buyer to pay comparable to the area comps event hough I had foundation issues. Not only did he find the buyer he was able to get the buyer to pay all apprasal fees & escrow because I just couldn't afford it since I needed to move.
