Tim Barker and his team are remarkable. Tim pays for a lot of up front items, like termite inspection, house inspection, house cleaning. They also offer a service where they will hire a contractor to get the property into a sellable condition and deduct the costs from equity. Tim suggested that we repaint the interior and garage epoxy flooring as well as changing out the electrical switches with a decor style look to update the entire home. Boy was he right! Our house was so beautiful after the upgrades, I wanted to move back in. :) We put it on the market and the market responded quickly. We had multiple showings the first day and 3 offers in the first 48 hours. We ended up getting 71k over asking! The house closed escrow today! And we are thrilled. Great job to Tim and his team for helping us throughout the whole process.
