Bryan Devore is the consummate professional. Our house had been on the market for some time with no serious interest. It was very reassuring to know that he would respond to a text or call quickly, often within minutes. Not only was he knowledgeable in terms or circumnavigating the entire selling and purchasing process, he revealed a practical side. He was able to recommend minor improvements to the property before our open house and even used muscle power to move some larger pieces of furniture out of the house! His recommendations for repair men were stellar. He priced the house to sell and we had offers immediately after the open house. He is familiar with Rancho Carrillo in particular and clearly has a network of associates who acknowledge his expertise in this development and seek him out when clients are interested in Carlsbad.
