Once my husband and I were ready to venture into purchasing our first home we knew that real estate agent, Sarah Arredondo, would be our top choice. As our realtor, she helped us find the right home in the right neighborhood for the right price. It really all came together in the end as she promised. Sarah was always available to view homes that were of interest to us and would also do research ahead of time, so that when we were viewing the home we had all the info needed to help with our decision. As a new home owner you have a lot of questions that you need answers to and at times it is extremely overwhelming. Sarah was great with providing us straightforward answers and even advice on how to go about certain things the smart way. I am so thankful that we had the pleasure of working with Sarah Arredondo during this process. She was extremely knowledgeable, open, transparent, reliable, and goes above and beyond for all of her clients. She really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house, even giving us ideas on how to better utilize the spaces that we saw. In addition to being wonderful to work with, her local connections and experience in the San Diego market gave us an advantage over other buyers in this incredibly competitive market. As first time home buyers Sarah gave us a much needed edge in acquiring our desired home.

Sarah was very helpful, informative and responsive in her help for my husband and I to buy our first home! We bought our home years ago and decided we wanted to move out of Ca to move to Texas. Sarah sold our home for $200k over list price in 3 days! We couldn't be more thrilled! She is so professional and her marketing is above the rest. Selling can be stressful but not when Sarah is your agent. She was very communicative throughout the whole process. She also found referred us to an agent who found us a gorgeous home in Texas. I have never felt this supported and cared for by an agent as I did with Sarah.
