I was fortunate enough to know Sarah thru friends, and so when the time came to look for my next investment home she was the first call I made. She worked with me on a 1031 exchange, so she needed to find us a buyer as well as a new property all under a time restraint. She is very hardworking and I wanted someone who would be willing to put in the time and the effort it would take, especially in such an unstable market. Sarah was fast, responsive, and honest!
