My life will never be the same
WOW! Chad killed it, I got my house! I never thought he would put up with my pickiness, but he did. I had to have the back of my house open up to the west overlooking the ocean, it had to have a killer view that would make you pee yourself and I wanted a fair price... Well, it only took about 1.5 years, but that was because of low inventory on the market and me being super frickin picky! Finally we got the house, even when there were two other offers and one who wanted to pay more!!! SHAZAM! Thank you Chad, you never gave me any crap for waiting to get the right property and my life will never be the same.. I absolutely LOVE MY HOUSE! Seriously, you have no idea.. I wake up in the morning overlooking the entire bay and ocean and am thankful every single morning... Completely seamless process
Chad helped us purchase our new rental property through a 1031 Exchange. He also sold our previous rental property. We had never done a 1031 Exchange before, but Chad made the process completely seamless for us. Not only did he find us a great new rental property, but he also found us renters for it! Looked after my best interest
I was dreading all the complications that come with selling a house but Chad helped me through the entire process. I was overwhelmed with all the things I thought I needed to do to get the house ready to sell, but Chad guided me through what was important and what wasn't.
Chad was great during the negotiation process. My general attitude is "whatever" and while Chad could've just gone with that flow to close the deal quickly, he actively kept me from getting nickled and dimed. Yeah, I know, the more I make the more the realtor makes, but he really looked after my best interest.
Maybe even more important, I hate talking on the phone. After we initially met in person Chad was totally fine with working with me via email and text -- yet another thing that made the process easier! If you don't think this is a big deal, I had asked another realtor if she would mind working mainly by email and she said no.
Chad was a pleasure to work with and I would use him again.
