There are too many good things to say about Wynee, but the bottom line is that I know that I would not have been able to purchase a home without Wynee, it just wouldn’t have happened. As a loan processor I have dealt with many agents however none outshine Wynee. In this extremely competitive market it is important to have someone with knowledge and charisma in order to have an offer accepted and Wynee is just that. This is the 4th purchase transaction we work on and I couldn't be happier. While looking for properties she was always prompt to respond and scheduled any viewings I was interested in. When we found the property we loved she advised on the right amount for my offer, I did not feel like we over bid and we got our offer accepted without any counters. Wynee is the best! We had been working with another realtor and switched to Wynee and we are so glad we did! She was so helpful and listened to what we needed. Wynee is totally professional and knowledgeable. I have worked with 10 or so realtors in my 60 plus years and I’ve never found anyone that is honest hard working and as knowledgeable as she is.
