We have worked with Paul on the purchase and sale of 3 different properties... after working with him for many years i have to say my favorite thing about him is he really does listen to you and what you are looking for and always delivers more than you anticipated.

You can't really put it in any other way.. Paul sold my house in September. He recommended several fixes/changes prior to listing it and I took all of his advice. It cost a little money but well worth it in the end. I had an offer before the sign was up out front and closed escrow in less than 30 days. He communicates clearly and keeps you in the loop throughout the process. He is a San Diego local and his knowledge/expertise shows! You will not be let down by hiring Paul.
